Role Description/Criteria

The position

If so, we want you to be a part of our dynamic HR team This role is initially offered as a 12-month fixed term contract with the prospect of a permanent role.

The HR Coordinator ensures the timely and accurate provision of HR administration throughout the employment life cycle. This role provides ongoing support to the HR team and members of the school community through a variety of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, preparation of correspondence and maintenance of employee records.

About You

This role will suit a highly motivated individual with one to three years of entry level HR experience looking to take their next step. The successful candidate will be degree qualified in a relevant field with some entry level HR administration experience. Excellent time management, an ability to multitask and build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders will be critical to success in the role. Strong IT skills are essential.
