About The Position The International Student Recruitment Officer is responsible for collaborating with the team to successfully implement and monitor annual recruitment plans and initiatives for their allocated region to meet key targets.

This role is also responsible for actively supporting education agents, maintaining strategic relationships with key government agencies, representing CIT at international student recruitment activities, providing ongoing market insights and supporting the admission activities as required.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Accountability Actively engaging the recruitment channels to maximise international student recruitment for CIT, in both VET and English student segments.

This includes but is not limited to: Monitor and track recruitment by product, country, and key recruitment channels including agents, partners, and direct applications.

Maintain productive agent relations (onshore and offshore) to ensure agents are quality assured including contract management, developing incentive programs, maintaining agent information on CRM, training agents on CIT/Solutions products and undertaking initiatives to develop a high yielding agent portfolio.

Seek feedback from agents and other channels to inform new product development and program reviews.

Provide accurate advice to prospective international students in relation to their career and study options via Email, Phone, or In-person.

Assist in the implementation of the annual regional marketing plan in consultation with the International Student Recruitment Manager to achieve yearly targets.

Contribute to and recommend the development of innovative marketing assets and content to support student recruitment.
Analyse and act on data (Enrolments, visa refusals, applications) and intelligence to inform recruitment activities.
This includes preparing a weekly recruitment report.
Liaise with Student Admission Officers to ensure high level of service and processing of international applications.
Participate in projects such as Student Orientation and course guide development.
Monitor and measure the budget for the allocated region.
Represent CIT and its Colleges at recruitment events and exhibitions as and when required.
This may include domestic and international travel.
Undertaking Admission tasks as required based on the business cycle.
Assist with other duties as requested by your supervisor.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience (Selection criteria)Degree qualification in marketing, business development, or related field.
At least 1-year experience in international education sector in sales and marketing or similar role.
Proven track record in managing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Working knowledge of the VET sector, the ESOS Act and the National Code of Practice.
Maintaining a Working with Vulnerable People registration.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and service mentality.
Linguistic capability especially in Asian languages would be beneficial.
Key Performance Indicators Meet and/or exceed the yearly enrolment targets for the allocated region.
Ability to prioritise and achieve allocated tasks.

Ensure key education agent partners are trained, agent contracts are up to date, and they are provided with up-to-date marketing materials.

Managing student and agent enquiries in a timely manner.
Ability to implement innovative and effective sales and marketing campaigns for the allocated region.
Maintain accurate records on the CRM System.
