An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic
Warehouse Team Leader to join our high performing warehouse team in
Carole Park QLD.

If you've got good warehouse knowledge and are looking for the next step in your career, we want to hear from you

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead our warehouse teams to deliver the required customer service levels within inventory and cost budgets, while driving continuous improvement in Safety, Service and Productivity
  • Manage operational labour performance on a daytoday basis by monitoring KPI performance, and taking action to ensure targets are consistently achieved
  • Induct, onboard and train all newly hired employees
  • Coach, mentor and drive performance and behavioural standards within the warehouse teams by providing clearly defined tasks and providing feedback
  • Conduct performance development planning with all direct reports to clearly identify performance targets, and opportunities for career development and succession planning
  • Actively participate to ensure a safe working environment for all, monitoring and reporting on Work Health & Safety compliance
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, gain any required approval, and implement

To be successful, you will have:

  • Professional personal presentation and good communication skills
  • Have a proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to problem solve in a high pressure fast paced environment
  • Supervisory and Performance Management experience
  • Extensive warehousing experience including use of pallet jacks, RF scanners and an Order Pickers
  • A current forklift licence and experience is essential
