The role:

  • Convert cold calls to appointments for the BDM team
  • Expectation to make 5070 calls daily
  • Must has previous outbound call centre/sales experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Use of CRM system to manage the sales process and develop opportunities
  • Display a professional attitude and have a willingness to learn
  • Attend events, conferences and meetings to promote and build the company brand

About you:

  • Proven cold calling experience with a natural sales ability 1 year minimum
  • Love being a part of a team that strives to achieve mutual goals
  • Determined to achieve sales targets and excel you are a hunter
  • Experience of exceeding kpi's on an ongoing basis
  • Drive and determination with good organisational skills and time management
  • Strong computer literacy
