What you will be doing:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and organised individual to join The Safeguards team at Nepean Hospital in a Permanent Part Time Position.
The Safeguards Team is a new dedicated Child, Youth and Family Mental Health Service (CYF-MH) resource providing innovative and best practice care to children and adolescents aged 0-17 years experiencing acute mental health distress.
The Safeguards Administrative Officer will provide administrative and clerical support to the Safeguards Clinical Lead and Safeguards team to facilitate the proficient operation of the service.
Providing timely and accurate administrative and transactional services for members of the health care team and service.- An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies.

Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
- Demonstrate high level interpersonal and written communication skills with proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Capacity to work under mínimal supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a highpressure, highvolume work environment, use initiative and multitask whilst paying attending to detail, the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate ability to be flexible and adaptable, use initiative and work effectively.
- Commitment and understanding of customer service principles including demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability build rapports.
- A current NSW drivers' licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
