Position: Senior Systems Advisor in Collaboration Technologies

We are seeking a Senior Systems Advisor specializing in Collaboration Technologies to oversee the deployment and maintenance of collaboration platforms within an international professional services environment, focusing mainly on the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector.

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Provide expert technical guidance and assistance to Collaboration Systems Advisors (CSAs) worldwide.
  • Support the continuous enhancement and adherence to GHD's unified collaboration platforms and protocols.
  • Direct the technical planning and execution of initiatives aligned with GHD's strategic business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, resolve issues, and implement key IT projects.
  • Ensure optimal performance of GHD's collaboration platforms and introduce strategies for ongoing enhancement.

Your qualifications and skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering AEC projects, ranging from small-scale to global implementations.
  • Solid proficiency in ProjectWise, BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar systems.
  • Proven track record in project management, with flexibility in work scheduling and a readiness to travel.
  • Preferably hold a degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Proven ability in engaging stakeholders, leading diverse teams, and solving complex issues in a cross-cultural setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of information management practices in AEC project environments.

Additional assets:

  • Further certifications in project management or IT service management.
  • Experience in multinational professional services firms.
  • Advanced expertise in digitalization and information lifecycle management within the AEC industry.
