Do work that matters:
As
Change Manager, you will lead the change management approach and delivery to ensure successful change outcomes and that the change is effective and sustained.
More specifically, you will:
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the impact of the change on the business and other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed
- Contributes to the development of change objectives and measures of success
- Design and develop change collateral as required, such as presentations, Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, training materials, communications and reference material
- Facilitate change management activities to deliver a comprehensive change management approach developing fit for purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximize change adoption.
- Leads the effective delivery of the change solution working cross functionally to ensure the change outcomes are successfully achieved
- Provides change advice to project delivery teams stakeholders and senior leaders working as a key business partner and advisor
- Transition change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress adoption sustainability
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
- Strong understanding of change management methodology and the value of change management within a project
- Strong experience in using Change Management tools and deliverables such as Change Impact Assessments and Change Plans.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence decision making which includes facilitation or presentation.
- Experience within a highly complex environment preferred.
- Experience with large technology transformation changes preferred.
- Experience in agile ways of working utilising JIRA and Confluence.
- Project / Change Management Certification / Qualifications (desirable)
