In the role of Property Leasing Officer you will provide accurate and timely advice and assist in management of the department's Boat Harbour, Roadside Advertising, Telecommunication and TransLink commercial portfolios.

You will provide advice, be involved in agreement / licence / lease drafting, proactively manage existing agreements, coordinate the negotiation of new agreements, comply with legislation and policy and assist in ensuring the portfolio achieves a return on investment.
