Due to a rare vacancy, this company is looking for National Service Manager to manage and develop their service/engineering team.

Reporting to the Managing Director your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the service team
  • made up of field technicians and service engineers. 8 reports in total.
  • Handson technical support as needed
  • Project manage and work across the business to ensure timelines meet customer needs
  • Collaborating with your global and local cross functional internal team sales, marketing, supply chain, etc
To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Biomedical and/or Electrical Engineering qualification.
  • Track record of success in a similar role including people management experience
  • Medical Devices industry knowledge and understanding
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
