About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Product Manager to join our team at AU21 Alcon Laboratories (Australia) Pty Ltd Company. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market share for our Surgical Implantable products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the eye care market.
  • Design and develop sales acceleration proposals to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to stay informed about market trends and customer needs.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, invoices, and marketing material approvals to ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth and market share.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and KOLs.
