Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, we currently have a vacancy for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our continuous manufacturing facility based at South Brisbane.

This is a 5-week rotating shift roster over 7 days

Hours:
35 hours per week, 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Adhere to all Work, Safety & Environment policies, and procedures.
  • Attend to palletiser alarms and carry out any required trouble shooting activities.
  • Movement of palletised finished products with a forklift to storage bays
  • Use of RF scanner & tablet
  • Carry out ongoing quality checks
  • General housekeeping duties

What you will bring to the team:

  • A valid forklift ticket.
  • Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift working within a fastpaced environment.
  • RF scanning/SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal communication, a strong safety focus, and a selfdriven attitude is a must.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift roster.
