**The role**
We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our client's team for an immediate start

In this role, you will be responsible for efficient materials handling, goods receiving & stock control, co-ordination and scheduling of module construction through subcontractors with the factory and goods transport.

As the Supervisor, you will ensure projects are running within program and budget, supervision of material handlers, forklift drivers and the key enforcement of OH&S policy.

**Key duties**
- Attend Pre-Manufacturing meetings with internal stakeholders to review plan details, locked budget & program before manufacturing begins and thereafter work with Estimating Manager to ensure all trades are scheduled in to ensure program time is met.
- Once all plans and approvals are met, the Supervisor is to co-ordinate Chassis & Frames on the floor and start manufacturing.
- Work closely with the team to ensure program is on track and provide any updates (if required).
- Regular contact with trades daily, manage, audit and review trades work to ensure all scope is completed with minimise defects at all stages of construction and within programmed timeframes.
- Work closely with PM to ensure program & budget are met, weekly meetings to take place with approvals/Contract documentation.
- Attend site meetings with Project Manager & Clients to run through status of project.
- Work closely with Project Manager & Production Manager to resolve any issues/delays.
- Ensure erosion is minimised wherever possible
- work closely with Estimating Manager if required.
- Attend and manage defect process. Ensure all trades are tidy throughout build to ensure mínimal defects are picked up in the defect management process.
- Schedule all inspections throughout construction in accordance with the BA.
- Work closely with Contract Administration to ensure all Form 15’s, 12/43’s & warranties are completed to ensure Form 11 can be issued.
