We currently have an exciting opportunity for a WHS Business Coordinator.

The role will report to the WHS Manager and work closely with Production Managers to deliver exceptional WHS advice at our Berkeley Vale site.


Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting a safety culture by leading, coaching, and mentoring key stakeholders to develop safety leadership skills and behaviours
  • Assisting in the development of WHS strategies
  • Developing and delivering WHS training programs
  • Lead incident investigations as required
  • Drive initiatives to ensure incidents and hazards are reported in a timely manner

Requirements - The successful applicant will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS
  • At least 35 years' experience in a WHS role
  • Experience driving a safety culture by leading, coaching, and mentoring teams to develop safety leadership skills and behaviours
  • Experience developing WHS policies and procedures
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs
  • Knowledge and understanding of Workers Compensation
  • Proven ability to engage and work collaboratively with key stakeholders
  • Experience conducting audits and writing reports
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
