The roleReporting to the Business Manager (Business Services Branch, Corporate Services Division) you will lead, coordinate and review all branch end-of-month reporting and meetings in relation to financial, contract and human resources performance; annual budget build and revisions to the budget build; and funding submissions between the Department of Health and HHS.
You will also provide definitive advice to senior staff on a range of routine and non-routine business services matters for decision making purposes and act as the first point of contact for organisational policy updates and ensure that all policy updates are addressed within the Division accordingly.
The successful personYou will have demonstrated ability to prepare and analyse financial, procurement and human resource management reports to assist decision-making as well as utilising relevant software.
You will also have proven effective consultative, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills appropriate to an environment of change and evolution.
