Certis Security seeks a full-time Security Officer for multiple sites (TGE Banksmeadow, Air Services, AGD). Day and night shifts, flexibility to swap sites at short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct incident investigations in a timely manner and ensure that Security Incident Reports are completed and submitted.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and competence in the implementation of emergency procedures.
  • Promote and encourage a team approach.
  • Provide a customer service approach and maintain a fair, courteous and respectful manner in dealing with clients and customers Provide a highquality security service at client locations.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide protection to the public be ensuring COVID social distancing is maintained.
  • Provide security escorts as required.
  • Report and record security breaches and incidents.
  • Respond promptly to incidents.
  • Take a problemsolving approach to conflict situations and recognize the need to escalate situations to the manager/supervisor for attention as appropriate.

About You

  • Current and applicable NSW Security license
  • Current First Aid Certification
  • Must have Driver's licence
  • Certificate 2 in Security Operations
  • Previous experience in a similar role desired
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Full vaccination is mandatory for all applicants.
