**About the Opportunity**

Certis Security seeks a full-time Security Officer for multiple sites (TGE Banksmeadow, Air Services, AGD). Day and night shifts, flexibility to swap sites at short notice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct incident investigations in a timely manner and ensure that Security Incident Reports are completed and submitted.
- Demonstrate knowledge and competence in the implementation of emergency procedures.
- Promote and encourage a team approach.
- Provide a customer service approach and maintain a fair, courteous and respectful manner in dealing with clients and customers -Provide a high-quality security service at client locations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Provide protection to the public be ensuring COVID social distancing is maintained.
- Provide security escorts as required.
- Report and record security breaches and incidents.
- Respond promptly to incidents.
- Take a problem-solving approach to conflict situations and recognize the need to escalate situations to the manager/supervisor for attention as appropriate.

**About You**
- Current and applicable NSW Security license
- Current First Aid Certification
- Must have Driver's licence
- Certificate 2 in Security Operations
- Previous experience in a similar role desired
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Full vaccination is mandatory for all applicants.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
