About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled lawyer with 4-6 years of PAE in general commercial litigation to join their Brisbane team as a Senior Associate. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes commercial litigation matters. You will be involved in:

  • Contractual and commercial disputes
  • Property and leasing disputes
  • Corporations Act and insolvency disputes
  • Regulatory and administrative law matters
  • Intellectual property and technology issues

Key Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of post-admission experience in Commercial Litigation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
