This role offers an exciting opportunity to take on a standalone position, with a focus on both strategic and operational HR tasks. What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment of blue-collar workers such as agricultural employees. You will also be expected to ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Your ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations will be crucial to your success in this role. Additionally, you will oversee a number of sites around NSW. A small bit of travel is required.

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and communications
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations
  • Work in both a strategic and operational capacity to develop the business
  • Spearhead investigations into different ER cases
  • Oversee the payroll utilising Employment Hero
  • Liaise with outsourced OHS staff to manage OHS matters

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager position brings a wealth of experience in similar roles. You should have proven experience managing HR functions across multiple locations and be comfortable dealing with employee relations issues. Your strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations will be essential in ensuring compliance across all areas of the business. Excellent communication skills are required for this role, as you will be liaising with various stakeholders. Your ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies will be key to your success in this role.
