Join this fast-growing FinTech company with a total of 55 staff across two offices in Australia.

With the head office in Perth and a growing Sydney presence, their innovative products and staff, service and solve genuine issues for agencies and consumers in the real estate industry.

The Role


Join the team as a Lending Officer and be responsible for the collection of money owed to the business following either the sale or withdrawal of customers property.

Duties

  • Contacting debtors and informing them of their overdue bills
  • Negotiating and monitoring payment plans
  • Assist in legal escalations
  • Work well within a team environment
  • Efficiently respond to customer queries
  • Able to solve problems
  • Manage and prioritise workflows within set timeframes

Skills and Experience

  • Ideally 35 years' experience in a similar role in debt collection
  • Strong communication skills and resilient attitude
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet targets & KPI's
  • Experience working in a team environment
