About this position

The City of Gosnells has exciting opportunities for energetic, presentable, and friendly team players to assist us to deliver events, programs and workshops to the community.

Our community events and programs range from large outdoor community festivals to smaller venue-based workshops.

Some of the key responsibilities will include

  • Assist the Programs and Events team with bump in and bump out, as well as delivery of the actual event or program
  • Assist the community with queries during events and programs
  • Liaising with contractors, stallholders and suppliers
  • Ticketing
  • Administration duties
  • Provide quality care to patrons, programs and events staff and contractors at all times


Our casual Events and Programs team will consist of hard-working, positive and professional individuals who possess excellent communication skills and are committed to providing an exceptional customer service experience.

Applicants must be available for weekend and after hours' work, as well as flexibility to working during the week.

Essential requirements

  • Current driver's Licence
  • Previous experience in customer service, ticketing, venue operations, community programs or event delivery is highly advantageous but not essential.
