Position Overview:

  • Manage the daily operations of the store.

  • Provide valuable advice to customers on the benefits of various service packages.
  • Analyze sales figures to optimize profits.
  • Maximize sales turnover and profitability to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Handle budgeting and implement effective cash management and retail banking procedures.
  • Generate operational reports for management review.
  • Devise marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Identify areas for business improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Ensure high service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales promotions and marketing activities.
  • Supervise inventory levels and stock control.
  • Oversee customer service standards and handle complaints efficiently.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in the field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Salary: Competitive remuneration ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits for a 38-hour work week.
