This position will play a significant role within the Finance and Corporate Services Business Unit and has a clear career progression pathway.

Job Description

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Monthly reporting including profit and loss, balance sheet and consolidation of group activities
  • Maintaining accuracy in the general ledger by monitoring accruals of expenses
  • Maintain the Group's financial accounting system structures and Chart of Accounts
  • Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register and its reconciliation
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Statutory accounting including BAS, FBT, GST, Payroll and Income Tax
  • Update cash flow against prepared budget
  • Manage ad hoc finance requirements
  • Contribute to system improvements and streamlining processes

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this position, you will have the following attributes:

  • CA/CPA Qualified or nearing completion
  • SAP experience a must
  • Strong technical background
