The Client


Our client is a reputable distributor of high-quality tools and equipment serving the construction, manufacturing, and DIY sectors in Sydney and surrounding areas.

Job Description:

As a Salesperson for Tools, you will play a vital role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in the Sydney region.

You will represent our brand and promote our extensive range of tools, providing expert advice and assistance to help customers find the right solutions for their projects.


Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their tool requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to showcase the value proposition of our tools.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients through regular followups and excellent customer service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.
  • Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tools or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customercentric approach.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the Sydney metropolitan area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is advantageous.
  • A passion for tools and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.
