A bit about you...

  • Experience working in a customercentric retail environment within a Team Leader, Supervisor or 3IC role with proven exposure to customer service and supervising a team
  • Passionate about providing great customer service and championing best practice in stock, service, safety, operational procedures and visual merchandising to set the standards for your team
  • Ability to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the overall running of the store with the confidence to step up when needed
  • Shows commitment to every customer and makes a conscious effort to improve their instore experience
  • Highly personable and confident individual who has an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Consultative selling experience with proven ability to find the right products for our customers and instil confidence
  • Ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities
  • Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
  • Great listening and problemsolving skills
