One of our key customers in embarking on building a Test Assurance function to provide governance, best practice and oversight to a project portfolio of 25+ initiatives.

They are going through a major uplift in digital capability upgrading most of their core technology, business systems and customer facing digital solutions.

To ensure successful delivery and to optimise their return on investment they are looking to hire two Senior Test Coordinators to support the implementation of best practice testing frameworks.


These roles will run to December 31 and have a high possibility to either get extended or move to permanent positions.

The role is based on the city fringe with onsite parking and good public transport access. The business requests two days per week in office and three days working from home.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Test Assurance Practice Lead in implementing best practice test frameworks and practices
  • Provide coaching and advisory services to Project Managers and project aligned testing resources to ensure best practice is being followed
  • Run workshops with project teams to formulate test risk assessments
  • Introduce test framework, test libraries and the latest in testing & automation tools
  • Provide onboarding support to new test resources joining the organisation
Ideal Background

  • A proven track record in Testing/Quality Assurance roles where you have been involved in continuous improvement of testing functions or test practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills where you have business facing and engaged extensively with key stakeholders to influence & implement best practice to improve maturity in testing capability
  • You are up to date in the latest in CI/CD/DevOps/Agile/Test Practices/Automation Tools
  • Previous experience in large complex environments where you have successfully improved the quality of testing standards
