We'll support you every step of your Sales career, as you work with people with diverse talents, backgrounds, and perspectives to realise your fullest potential.
As the Field Sales Manager for our NSW On Premise team, you will inspire and lead our team of exceptional new heights as they look to build on the momentum of the return of the On Premise channel post covid.
Responsible for a team of 6 BDM/Account Managers, your role as their champion is to create an environment focused on ensuring they are realising their potential as individuals and as a collaborative team unit.
What does this role look like for you?- Build and implement best in class sales strategies for the On Premise team across NSW, including identifying opportunities for growth and executing against these with scale and pace within the vibrant world of On Premise venues;
- Partner with your BDMs to understand their development goals and opportunities, addressing these through stretch projects, formal sales training and coaching;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your own portfolio of key MSO customer groups for NSW; and
- Act as a leader on the NSW Field Leadership team.
- Ideally significant experience in people leadership, ideally with a field environment either in broader consumer goods or liquor;
- Experience in leading and growing key customer groups;
- A strong understanding of executional excellence and storytelling; and
- The ability for some overnight travel to regional NSW On Premise hubs.
