POSITION:


A
National Operations position has now become available due to company growth which can be based out of
Brisbane or
Sydney.


  • Responsible for the development of the management teams across the Admin, Service and Warehouse Divisions.
  • Responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of current and potential business systems
  • Join the Senior Leadership Team to ensure seamless service and product delivery metrics are established and upheld
  • Help deliver business growth via advanced resource planning in alignment with global growth strategy

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

  • Proven track record of running national operations achieving growth across multiple branches and divisions of a business. (Essential)
  • If you have relatable industry experience to Earthmoving or Construction (Desirable)
  • Ability to work engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner
  • High presentation, attention to detail, wellspoken.
