What you will be doing:
- Conduct outbound and inbound collection calls in high volumes
- Successfully identify customers experiencing financial hardship
- Identify and recommend customers for alternative Collection activities, e.g. repossessions, field calls, legal action, etc.
- Take endtoend accountability for accounts assigned to you
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets each month
- Understand and comply with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
What do you need?
- Experience in an Asset finance collections environment
- Experience in a customer service environment either over the phone or face to face, in a valuesbased organisation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- The willingness to go "above and beyond" for our customers
- Solutionsfocused and the ability to make decisions to resolve a customer's financial situation
- The ability to work in a fastpaced environment, negotiate, handle multiple priorities and manage expectations.
