About the role


This role supports our Home Care (aged care services) team by driving referrals to achieve growth targets, through managing a pipeline of referrals.

Using exceptional communication and customer service skills to respond to enquiries (via phone and online) as well as occasional home visits, this position is responsible for effective business development activities with key referral sources.

The role develops and maintains our stakeholder database along with various administration tasks to ensure accurate record keeping and document preparation.

This role plays a big part in promoting Home Care services to potential clients and the broader community, sharing their knowledge of aged care services and a passion for supporting people through life's journey.


About you
You'll share our values and want to make a difference in the lives of others.

Your key experience will include:

  • Certificate III in business, administration, marketing, customer service (desirable)
  • Relevant experience in a fast moving administrative or customer service role
  • Understanding principles of relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and participation as an active member of a team
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Driver's license
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
  • Evidence of current influenza and COVID vaccinations (preferred)
