Description
Primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Case Administration activities
- creation and administration of case files, photocopying, filing, data entry, meeting administration, records management (including archiving).
- Witness Coordination drafting summons/subpoenas, liaison (e.g. providing updates), arranging travel and other related tasks.
- Case Preparation preparing materials, lodging/filing documentation, conducting basic research activities, video conferencing and arranging interpreters and translators.
- Case Liaison liaising with Federal Prosecutors, external agencies, courts and counsel.
- Building rapport and maintaining internal and external relationships.
- Responding to enquiries and providing accurate advice in a timely manner.
- Adapting communication (both verbal and written) to suit the identified audience.
- Identifying and escalating issues to senior staff members
- Undertaking appropriate learning and development activities as required.
