Accounts / Administration Officer required for Leading Company based in Malaga.

This role is a combination of AR/AP and Administration.


The role is a contract position of 12 weeks that could extend, working from 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.


Your key responsibilities in the role include:

  • Processing online claiming/progress payments
  • Assisting with credits investigations
  • Processing credits
  • Handle Queries
  • Data Entry and processing orders
  • Ability to work as part of a team assisting coworkers where needed
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong rapport building and problem solving skills
  • Previous Accounts/Administration experience
  • Have a sense of urgency and be able to multitask and handle matters promptly.
  • A quick learner with a "can do" attitude.
