Guide Dogs Victoria is currently recruiting for a General Manager Guide Dog and Vision Services to join our Executive Leadership Team and head the delivery of our client services.
In this role you will be responsible to:
Develop & implement Guide Dogs Victoria's client service strategy in line strategic objectives and vision.
Actively engage with Guide Dogs Victoria's Clients in understanding their needs and future requirements.
Develop annual business plans and budgets, and track performance against monthly targets.
Drive continuous improvement.
Oversee the development & maintenance of the five-year demand forecast by service and region, and ensure services are aligned to meet demand.
Develop strategic service delivery partnerships to enhance Guide Dogs Victoria's capacity to improve the independence of people with low vision and blindness.
Maintain relevant relationships with Government agencies & other peak bodies.
Tertiary qualifications in a related field and a demonstrated track record in a similar senior leadership position with the proven ability to lead teams of professional people.
Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent people leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
A strong client and customer focus and a commitment to delivering consistent person centered quality services.
A strong alignment with the vision of Guide Dogs Victoria in a life without limits.
