Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Executing the operational aspects of the reward program across Australia and New Zealand, following global process, including cyclical events such as pay budgeting, annual rem review and variable compensation.
  • Conducting job evaluation in partnership with HR Business partners.
  • Provide market benchmarking and data for executive pay review.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with remuneration enquiries and insights as required.
  • Analyse remuneration data to provide insights to the business on market trends and pay equity.
  • Involvement in project work such as implementing new frameworks, processes or adopting new technology.
  • Benefit management may also become a responsibility of this role in time.

Let's talk about your capability and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, finance, or a related field
  • At least two years' compensation analysis and coordination experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using HRIS and payroll systems
  • Strong understanding in statistics and/or analytics
  • Experience in data analysis, salary survey and review processes and procedures
  • Experience working in a large, complex, and global organisation
