THE ROLE

Scape is on the lookout for a Student Experience Manager to oversee the Scape Student Experience Program. This role involves curating a range of exciting events and experiences to enhance the lives of our student residents. As the mastermind behind various initiatives, you will foster connections among students to ensure their time at Scape is truly memorable.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

If you have a background in community or events, possess a drive for success, and thrive on big ideas, you might be the perfect fit for this role.

Key qualifications, traits, and experiences include:

  • Degree qualification with a minimum of 2 years in event management
  • Proven affinity with students and young adults
  • Strong communication skills to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience in leadership and supervision
  • Outstanding customer service and conflict resolution abilities
  • Team player with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Effective time management and task prioritization skills
