We are currently seeking an experienced

General Manager for a busy property located on the stunning Pilbara coast in remote Western Australia.


This role will suit a hands on General Manager that has strong leadership experience, is able to lead and develop teams, build community networks and has a focus on excellence in customer service.

The role is hands on across all departments to ensure the smooth running of the property.

The property offers accommodation, restaurant and bar along with meetings & events and outdoor catering.

Located right on the water's edge the property caters to tourists, locals and corporate clientele.


This is a great opportunity to escape the high cost of city living and enjoy the peace and quiet of a laid back coastal town where you can save a lot of money, enjoy local fishing, spectacular sunsets and mixing with a friendly local community.

Package:

$110,000 Salary (neg)

Accommodation and Duty Meals Supplied

On site one bedroom apartment (Family options also available)

  • Recent management experience in a similar style property managing multiple departments
  • Strong Food & Beverage and Front Office Experience
  • Financial experience managing monthly reports, P&Ls, staff rosters
  • Able to prepare financial forecasts and budgets
  • Previous experience with quotations and tender management, corporate network experience
  • Experience with HR & Recruitment, staff managementable to lead and mentor a team of up to 30 staff
  • Hold a WA Approved Managers license or obtain prior to commencement
  • Hold a Current Drivers License
  • Positive and enthusiastic with a 'Can Do' attitude.
  • Someone with a genuine personable service style.
  • Previous experience with RMS ideal
Telstra and Optus mobile coverage available.
