THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a
Project Officer to join our Projects & Studies Team. The Project Officer will provide administration support to the Project teams across all stages.

This position is a 12-month Maximum Term role based at West Perth office on a part-time basis.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • New project systems establishment
  • Key project meeting attendance and minuting
  • Compilation of regular project reporting and presentations
  • Coordination of project key events
  • Assistance in overall office management
  • Coordination with corporate administration services

ABOUT YOU:

  • Previous experience in administering engineering or capital projects
  • Certificate IV in Business, Administration, or a related area
  • High efficiency using the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills; and excellent communication, organization, negotiation skill and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
