The Company
Our client is a fast growing non bank lender specialising in property and construction finance.

Established 20+ years ago, they have provided funding for numerous senior property loans across a range of commercial, industrial and residential real estate assets.


Responsibilities

  • Support and jointly lead the origination, structuring and execution of property secured debt transactions
  • Property due diligence and credit analysis
  • Prepare investment papers
  • Assist with maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, investors and brokers

Skills and Experience

  • A tertiary qualification in Commerce (or similar)
  • 3+ years financial services experience (nonbank, banks, financial institutions, private investment firms / groups or related professional)
  • Experience in real estate and construction credit analysis and financial modelling beneficial but not mandatory
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
