Verve Partners is working with a leading provider of pest control and hygiene solutions with a mission to protect people, property and the environment.


We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Care Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis in their Beresfield branch.


Key tasks & responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership to their team
  • Be a change ambassador and create new policies and procedures
  • Manage risk and oversee continual improvement opportunities
  • Act as a focal point for all sales and service management matters
  • Identify team strengths and actively participate in the training and development of staff

Qualifications & experience required:

  • Leadership qualities are a must
  • Basic understanding of financials and KPIs
  • Demonstrated commitment to best practice delivery of customer service
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Ability to navigate software and train staff
