Dig IT is an exciting and dynamic mini excavator park, providing a unique experience for visitors of all ages.

As we expand our operations, we're looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team and support our administrative and operational needs.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator & Social Media Manager to join our team.

This part-time role, which includes weekend work, is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our park and enhancing our online presence.

This position is perfect for a university student looking to gain valuable work experience in a flexible and supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Office Administration_
  • Assisting management with tasks, procurement and planning.
  • 2. Social Media Management_
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Create engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • 3. Operational Support_
  • Assist with the weekend operations of the park, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for visitors.
  • Assist with guest checkin on trading days.
  • Cover staff breaks.
  • Handle customer service issues and provide excellent service to all visitors.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration and social media management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to varying weekday schedules.
