They are now seeking to appoint an FP&A Manager to their Melbourne corporate head office, to lead financial planning & analysis across key segments, including analytical insights, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.


Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A
, your responsibilities will include**:

  • Managing and executing the planning and budgeting process across key segments;
  • Providing expert data analytics and BI capability for large, complex data sets;
  • Partner with the Executive Team and Functional Heads on performance initiatives and commercial insights;
  • Lead. drive and manage cross functional projects, both BI and Commercial, across the Group;
  • Preparation of board reporting and ASX listed reporting requirements for shareholders and external parties;
  • Partnering with Corporate Functions to enable effective and efficient reporting and analysis;
  • Support the Strategic Business Units on all Performance and Analysis related queries;
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities across the commercial functions;
  • Collaborating with each Business Unit to support overall team goals and objectives;
  • Providing analytics on key market and operational trends;
  • Mentor and develop junior team members within the Group;
  • Supporting and managing development and implementation of standardized 24 month rolling forecasting;

To be successful in this critical role you will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working in a large and complex organisation across operations and corporate;
  • Experience with PowerBI and TM1 (PAW and Pafe) strongly preferred;
  • Experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analytics;
  • Expertise in BI tools, dashboards and complex data sets;
  • Strong financial acumen and forecasting knowledge;
  • Ideally CA or CPA Qualified;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce or related;


This is a unique opportunity with significant exposure to the executive team across numerous business units, including GM's, Divisional CFO's and the SLT.
