About Our Client:


The client is an independent government agency which, in partnership with Basin governments, manages a important water resource in the national interest.

With the enactment of the Water Act 2007, the client was established as an independent expertise-based statutory agency.

  • Reception and client customer services including answering main switchboard calls, central travel bookings, mail and courier services, room set up assistance, procurement of uniforms, catering and stationery ordering, management of office requisites such as office keys, lockers, equipment, and maintenance repairs as required.
  • Liaising with service providers including postal, general maintenance, waste management, electrical, plumbing etc
  • On boarding and off boarding of staff process including security pass issuance, and induction briefings
  • Monitoring COVID requirements in the meeting rooms and within the office
  • Monitoring desk booking system and conducting sweeps of the floors to ensure staff are booking when present in the office.
  • Cleaning and set up of meeting kitchen, coffee machine and dishwasher
  • Greeting and registering of visitors and external stakeholders to the office
  • Assisting in the management of the client's corporate policies and processes including reception, on boarding/off boarding, fleet management, building services, catering, security, stationery, and asset management.
  • Prepare high quality communication products, including drafting intranet content
  • Undertake research and analysis to support evaluation of communication activities
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of improved business and professional practices within People and Support Services
  • Support the broader business and administrative tasks of People and Support Services, as required.
