What success looks like in this role:

The role requires being a Subject Matter Expert in Application Packaging. Responsibilities include classifying, discovering, and packaging applications for deployment via Systems Management tools. Knowledge of custom scripting is a plus, along with a comprehensive understanding of the request/release management process.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Subject Matter Expertise in Application Packaging, Virtualization, and Applications Assessment technologies
  • Proficiency in MSI packaging using Flexera Admin Studio
  • Scripting skills with PowerShell
  • Understanding of the App Deployment Toolkit
  • Leading and resolving major escalations effectively
  • Driving automation initiatives
  • Knowledge and calculation of KPIs
  • Providing Level 3 support to the client's Service Desk and Level 2 engineers
  • Participating in account transitions with adherence to processes and documented matrix
  • Collaborating with Solution Architects on proposals and offering solution enhancements

You will excel in this role if you possess:

  • NV1 Security Clearance
  • Strong grasp of ITIL, particularly Change & Release management
  • Ability to take direction from team Lead, SDM, and Client Executives
