In this role you will be responsible for obtaining all required customer information as part of the Build The Case stage of the exit process, coordination with other stakeholder (including RM, Compliance, Product/ System Owners) to ensure a complete relationship view on the customer is provided.

Ensure appropriate and adequate information is gathered for submission to the Committee.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting CSEM policy change and potential impacts on LOB CSEM process for the end to end oversight of operational effectiveness of CSEM process and procedures for the LOB.
  • Coordinating the ongoing development and improvement of UCM-CS (strategic workflow tool for CSEM Process) and act as a SME with our key stakeholders.
  • Supporting stakeholder relationships through communication and ad hoc reporting as applicable with a clear understanding that operational effectiveness requires consistent Cross Line of Business and Cross Border execution.
  • Facilitating local execution of CSEM Quality Control and Quality Assurance results along with associated remediation
  • Facilitating local execution of BRCM, M&T, FCC Assurance, internal/external audit results along with associated remediation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in financial services and / or client risk and or AML/KYC type roles.
  • The Analyst must have:
  • A high level understanding of all types of financial crime and reputational risk
  • Familiarity with Retail banking and financial services products
  • The ability to work with various stakeholders to manage the Build The Case, Decisioning and Exit Execution phases of the Client Selection process
  • A good understanding of client information to ensure sufficient materials are submitted to the Client Selection Committees for decisioning
  • Experience of case work
  • Strong communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail, together with strong administrative and organisational skills
