Position Overview:

As a Bridal Store Sales Consultant at
MASAL, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding brides-to-be through their dress selection process, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

You will work closely with our team to meet sales goals and uphold the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and assist brides and their parties with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.

Consultations: Conduct thorough bridal consultations to understand each bride's vision, preferences, and needs.

Sales: Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of
MASAL's bridal collections, fabrics, customisation options, and accessories.

Fittings and Measurements: Accurately measure brides for their gowns and assist with fittings to ensure the perfect fit.

Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, organising gowns, and maintaining the showroom.

Appointments: Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring each bride receives personalised attention.

Follow-Up: Follow up with clients post-appointment to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.

Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing store environment through visual merchandising and cleanliness.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team, Area Manager, and Production Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as processing orders, maintaining client records, and managing sales transactions.

Event Participation: Participate in bridal fairs, trunk shows, and other promotional events to represent
MASAL and attract new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in bridal sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping brides find their dream dress.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, including evenings as needed.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills for managing appointments and sales transactions.

Pay:
$ $36.25 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
