We are currently on the hunt for a cafe all-rounder to join our Surry Hills team, that means we are after someone with barista and front of house skills and experience.

We have flexibility with what hours we can offer, so whether you're after a couple of weekend shifts or 5 days a week, we want to hear from you.

In this role you will:

  • Continually push the quality benchmark of coffee served;
  • Provide the best in customer service, including greeting and serving customers and helping with the daytoday tasks that help keep our café performing at its best e.g. open and close procedures for the coffee machine and area.
  • Work with topoftherange equipment and coffee;
  • Share knowledge and educate the customer regarding all thing's coffee through retail sales and demonstrations;
  • Take orders, and deliver beverages in line with Veneziano Coffee Roasters (VCR) professional standards;
  • Join a collaborative and supportive team where no task is too big or too small for anyone.

About you:


We'd love someone with at least a year of experience working in specialty coffee, but most importantly we want someone with the right attitude.


The Café will be open 7 days from 7am till 4.00pm, so a wide range of availability across hours and days will be advantageous.
