Essential Ingredients.....
With multiple opportunities available, these hands-on positions are essential to our operational success

**Key responsibilities include: - The preparation and manufacturing of bakery products using machinery as required

  • Recording ingredient and primary packaging as specified
  • Loading ovens and setting temperatures and times for baking
  • Removing products from tins and placing on cooling racks
  • Complying with HACCP and WHS rules and legislation Maintaining cleanliness and safety of production and storage area

About You.....
You are passionate about bakery production and want to grow your career in the food production industry and:

  • Are interested in baking
  • Have the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
  • Are not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Have basic knowledge of HACCP and WHS in a food production environment
  • Have experience in bulk food production (highly desirable) Have an appetite for adapting to change.
For this role the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Cultivate Food and Beverage:

  • A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
  • Evidence of right to work in Australia.
