Recruitment Manager/talent Acquisition Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent across various roles and levels.
  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team members meet performance targets and deliver highquality results.
  • Collaborate closely with the BDM team to understand client needs, align recruitment efforts with business objectives, and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes, leveraging data and insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to ensure our recruitment strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with warehousing and construction sectors.
  • Previous experience in managing a recruitment team or leading recruitment projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, including BDM and Account Managers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, analyze data, and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
