We are seeking a skilled CCTV Systems Specialist to lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of NX Witness CCTV operational safety cameras.

The successful candidate will have experience with LDAP queries for Microsoft Active Directory authentication and will be responsible for proof of concept (PoC) projects, documentation, and staff training.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • LDAP and Microsoft AD Integration:
  • Execute LDAP queries to Microsoft Active Directory for authentication purposes based on Active Directory group membership.
  • CCTV System Installation:
  • Oversee the installation of NX Witness CCTV systems, focusing on large-scale operational safety cameras.
  • Manage the setup and configuration of approximately six IP cameras in a Proof-of-Concept phase.
  • Lead the team in the configuration and setup of IP cameras.
  • Develop and document the entire setup and configuration procedure for the proof of concept.
  • Ensure all aspects of the PoC are documented thoroughly and accurately.
  • Train staff and administrators on how to use the NX Witness CCTV system effectively.
  • Provide on-site support to familiarize staff with the system and environment.
  • Be present on-site to understand the physical environment and operational needs, ensuring comprehensive and relevant documentation.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

  • Proven experience with LDAP queries and integration with Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience with NX Witness CCTV systems or similar.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a technical team.
  • Excellent documentation skills to capture all steps of the Proof of Concept.
  • Effective training skills to educate staff and administrators.
  • Willingness to work on-site and engage with staff to gather detailed environmental insights.
  • Strong understanding of network configurations related to IP cameras.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV systems.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and standards for operational safety cameras.
