Join us as a Renewable Energy Project Director, spearheading Wind Farms, Solar Farms, and BESS projects from late-stage development to construction start-up. You'll be pivotal, ensuring impeccable project delivery, prioritising safety, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Health, Safety, Environment: Promote safety culture, ensure compliance with HSEQ policies, and oversee safety outcomes.
- Project Management: Lead core responsibilities including reporting progress, stakeholder management, and team selection.
- Leadership: Extensive experience in senior leadership, driving high-performing teams with strong communication skills.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as government bodies, AEMO, and landowners.
- Procurement Strategy: Develop and oversee procurement strategies, manage tender processes, and negotiate contracts.
- Late-Stage Development: Contribute to management plans, negotiate agreements, and coordinate project development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
- Proven track record in delivering Wind Farms, Solar Farms, and BESS projects.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Project Management, representing Principal or EPC Contractor.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex deal structures with high commercial acumen.
- Proven capacity to work with diverse internal and external clients, influence outcomes, manage relationships, and present to C-Level Executives.
