About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Experienced using remote support tools
  • Experienced with diagnosing and resolving technical issues for staff
  • Support of desktop, infrastructure, and services across multiple technology streams including hardware, software, networks, server, print, mobile devices, peripherals, etc.
  • Liaising with third parties to log faults, resolve issues, and escalate support calls Providing support for executives and Board members

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Excellent attention to detail across all facets of service provision
  • Selfmotivated; ability to work remote from supervision
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment and prepared to share knowledge and experiences
  • Ability to plan, schedule, prioritise tasks and to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently
  • Ability to travel Ability to perform scheduled work outside of normal business hours on occasion
